Last Minute Halloween Costume Ideas

Halloween is right around the corner, and let's be honest….many of us haven't put any thought into what we'll be wearing this weekend. It can tough to come up with a creative costume idea, and with most store bought costumes being "sexy this" or "sexy that", originality seems like it's not an option. Well worry not, because I've found some original DIY costume ideas that aren't a sexy nurse or a sexy police officer. And best of all…You can put together all of these costumes with pieces you probably already have in your closet.

Rosie the Riveter

Of course, we have to start this one out with the ultimate feminist icon… Rosie the Riveter.

Billy the Puppet

If you're a fan of the Saw movies then this is a pretty cool option. Just get some black shorts, your best work jacket and red bow tie. Don't forget the crazy face makeup!

Mary Poppins

This one is for the Disney freak! The Joy of Fashion shows us how to become our favorite nanny. Honestly though, I think most of us have worn this exact outfit to work so you should be able to whip this one up in no time.
