Shipping + Handling
All shipments are packed in our personalized signature Woman's Touch Apparel packaging.
All packages are processed and shipped Monday through Friday from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm ST. We do not offer shipping or delivery on weekends or holidays. Should you place your order after hours, on a weekend or holiday, your order will be processed and shipped based on estimated time frame on product description.
PO BOXES and APO/FPO or U.S. TERRITORIES
We accept orders shipped to PO boxes and APO/FPO or U.S. territories. Orders to these addresses will always ship via USPS Priority Mail service. If you are experiencing any difficulties, please feel free to contact firstname.lastname@example.org .
We offer our $6.10 flat rate priority mail shipping (offer excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands). All packages are shipped with UPS or USPS.
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient.
International shipping usually arrives within 10 - 16 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays. Standard delivery is not available for international shipments.
Usually, International shipping is a flat rate of $22.00 (U.S)
TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE
We provide tracking information on all orders. You will be able to track your package the entire way with the shipment confirmation that is provided. Please make the necessary arrangements to be present at the time of delivery. We will not be held responsible for orders that show “DELIVERED”. Signature may be required at the time of delivery.
ALL WTA+VINTAGE ORDERS SHIP WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS.
ALL OTHER CATEGORY ORDERS CAN TAKE UP TO 2- 3 WEEKS IN PRODUCTION BECAUSE EVERYTHING IS MADE TO ORDER JUST FOR YOU IN PHOENIX, ARIZONA.
